Lilly was introduced to world of Shahs of Sunset as one of the cast members Reza Farahan's clients in the real estate industry. They purchased the property from the estate of automotive icon Lee Iococca. Lee Iococca paid an amount of $7.6m in current dollars for the house he purchased in 1993. Lee was able to get access to the exclusive hotel from his property through a side gate. This allowed him to stroll to and from his hotel whenever he wants, which was a benefit Lilly and Dara will have. Iococca's heirs initially listed the house for $26million.
